1. Who we are
Tactical Digital Marketing (Pty) Ltd (“TDM”, “we”, “us”), registration number 2022/619004/07, is a digital marketing agency at 256 Rosalind Street, Murrayfield, Pretoria, 0184, South Africa. We are the responsible party for personal information collected through tacticalmarketing.co.za and through our client work, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

2. What we collect and why

We only collect what we need for these purposes. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing, cookies, retention and security
Sharing. We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business or deliver your services, such as payment processors (Payfast), hosting, email, analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta). We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Some of these providers store data outside South Africa. We use providers that protect personal information to a comparable standard.
Cookies and tracking. Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel, to measure traffic and advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then work less well.
Retention. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as the law requires. Financial records are kept for at least five years.
Security. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information, including access controls and secure hosting. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.
4. Your rights, our Information Officer and changes
